Neonergia Pernambuco, Minera\u00e7\u00e3o Morro do Ip\u00ea, Cirklo, and Autogera\u00e7\u00e3o Solar are all finalizing their issuances this week.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wall protected-content\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"32\" data-block-id=\"2\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Two additional companies\u2014Cielo and Votorantim Cimentos\u2014have ongoing offerings but are expected to wrap them up in May. Cielo is aiming to raise R$3 billion, while Votorantim Cimentos plans to issue R$1 billion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"46\" data-block-id=\"3\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Among the deals set to close this week, the largest comes from Minera\u00e7\u00e3o Morro do Ip\u00ea. The mining company, controlled by Mubadala and Trafigura, manages operations in the Serra Azul region, which includes the municipalities of Brumadinho, S\u00e3o Joaquim de Bicas, and Igarap\u00e9 in Minas Gerais.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"37\" data-block-id=\"4\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">The company is seeking R$1.02 billion through seven-year debentures. Part of the issuance will offer returns of CDI (Interbank Deposit Certificate) plus 3.27%, while the remainder will pay CDI plus 2.45%. Settlement is scheduled for April 25.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"37\" data-block-id=\"5\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Neonergia Pernambuco plans to issue R$700 million in tax-exempt debentures, which offer income tax exemption for individual investors. These seven-year bonds will also be settled on April 25, although the final yield has not yet been defined.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"29\" data-block-id=\"6\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">On April 24, special-purpose company Autogera\u00e7\u00e3o Solar is set to complete a R$330 million offering of 18-year tax-exempt bonds. The proceeds will be used to build a photovoltaic plant.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-track-category=\"multicontent\" data-track-action=\"ultimo chunk conteudo\" data-track-noninteraction=\"false\" data-track-scroll=\"view\">\n<div class=\"mc-column content-text active-extra-styles \" data-block-type=\"unstyled\" data-block-weight=\"55\" data-block-id=\"7\">\n<p class=\" content-text__container \" data-track-category=\"Link no Texto\" data-track-links=\"\" data-mrf-recirculation=\"Article links\">Cirklo, a company focused on plastic recycling, will launch its first debenture offering in the market, raising R$220 million. The notes are labeled as green bonds. Proceeds will go toward debt refinancing and strengthening the company\u2019s cash position, with a commitment to allocate the same amount to green projects.
